Artists have 24/7 access.

First Month + Last Month + Security Deposit

do you rent spaces for video shoots?

Unfortunately not to private parties only the the current tenants.

musicians?

Sorry, no musicians. Studio walls do not go all the way to the ceiling and are not soundproof.

how long is the lease?

we offer 6 and 12 month leases

is there parking?

Street parking only.

wifi? utilities?

All included except for a Winter Utility Charge of $50/month, applied Dec.-Mar.
